Do you offer in-house Planning & Coordination?

Yes, not only do we offer day of setup, tear down, and cleanup of your event. We also offer in house venue planning! From in person planning meetings we are here every step along the way!  This includes a custom diagram, reception time-line, and experienced day of coordinator(s). 

Can we choose our own Caterer?

At this time we allow couples the option of using their caterer of choice. At booking we provide recomended vendors. As long as the cateter is insured, provides staff for the event, and tends to all food related items, we approve! 

Can we provide our own Alcohol?

We allow our groups the option to provide their own alcohol! Must be served by a RAMP certified bartender. 

What is included in the Rental? 

For receptions we include a five hour rental (with the option of adding additional time if needed). Reception tables and chairs are included. When adding a ceremony you will receive additional time. On average a 30min. ceremony, a 1 hour rehearsal, and access to the venue at 9a.m. on your event day to utalize our dressing rooms.
