  • Access to recommended vendor list

  • Use of building & grounds for photos on event day

  • Private venue- We are NOT open to the public

  • We only host one event per day

  • Use of outdoor grounds for engagement photos (this is scheduled around our events/appointments).

  • One event decor drop off prior to event (this takes place at rehearsal if we are hosting your ceremony)

  • Porch and overhang

  • Outdoor Terrace

 

Ceremony- $500

  • Multiple outdoor ceremony locations (indoor options if needed)

  • Two dressing rooms (mini refrigerator with water bottles, TV, indoor fireplace, champagne flutes, Keurig & coffee with creamer, & sugar.

  • Access to building at 9a.m.

  • Additional time for ceremony

  • On-site rehearsal 

Optional Venue Wedding Planning/ Day of Coordination -$700

  • In person planning meetings prior to event

  • Professional & Experienced Coordinators on event day (at rehearsal, event drop-off, full event, and to pack up event items)- Venue staff on-site for entire event

  • Use of side by side for ceremony at cherry tree

  • Use of outdoor propane fireplace

  • Decor setup & cleanup

  • Coordination with all vendors

  • Assistance with guest/ transportation parking

  • Detailed Reception timeline

  • Custom room diagram

  • Constant access to venue and experienced coordinators

  • Cleanup of venue
